Pretty interesting question but hard to answer.

Last year I was working on multiple short summaries for the different types for the 13th century. I have published my results in the german Mittelaterforum, so everyone could use them for free.

Now you can find these summaries also in the download area. The naming scheme was inspirired by Marquita Volken1.
